Please make sure to read the terms and conditions before booking. Confirmed booking means you agree to the terms and conditions and will abide to its clauses.
Hire of equipment1. The renter is entitled to use the equipment for the rental period. Any extension must be expressly agreed to by the owner before the expiration.2. The renter agrees that the owner will pick up the equipment based on the scheduled date as per the booking. Failure of the renter to return the equipment may be immediately reported to the authorities.Payment for rent1. There is a reservation fee of $50 upon booking, which will be deducted from the total rental fee. Our flower wall rental costs $250, inclusive of delivery on the event site.2. A refundable bond fee of $200 for the use of the equipment for the rent period is required.3. The total fees must be paid to the owner prior to or 1 day before the commencement date of the rental period and/or as agreed with the owner. Renters who do not pay on any terms agreed will lead to cancelled reservations.
Damage to the equipment1. Any damage or loss to the equipment will be deducted from the bond.2. The renter is liable for any damage caused and will pay the full replacement value of any equipment damaged or not returned to the owner3. The bond will be returned to the renter after inspection of the equipment, given no loss, or damage. Depending on the bank, the refund might take 1 to 2 business days to process and arrive at the renter’s accountUse, operation and maintenance1. The owner will not take responsibility for any damage or injury that occurred to any person or property during the duration of the rental.2. The renter agrees that the equipment will only be used for its intended purpose3. The delivery fee is inclusive in the rental fee. Deliveries that occur outside St. George area will incur additional charge of $1 per kilometer
Hirer’s obligations1. The renter agrees that:a. The details of the booking provided by the renter are correct.b. The renter holds a valid current driver’s license.c. The equipment will not be used for any illegal purposed. The renter will not, without prior written consent of the owner, tamper with, repair or modify the equipment in any way, or permit another to do so.2. The renter must return the equipment in the same state and condition as it was when the renter took possession except for fair wear and tear.3. If there is a breakdown or failure of the equipment, the renter shall notify the owner immediately for the appropriate action to be taken.
Liability1. The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the owner from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from the use of the equipment, except where caused by the owner's negligence2. The owner is not liable to the renter or any third party for any injury and indirect loss or consequential lossCancellation1. The $50 reservation fee upon booking will not be returned in any event where the equipment has been reserved and the renter cancels the booking without reasonable notice. Cancellation should be done 2 days prior to the rental schedule.
